Your child’s health depends on proper drink preparation: Do NOT exceed the recommended water to powder ratio unless specified by a healthcare professional.

1) Wash hands and surfaces with soap and warm water. Using chart, pour desired amount of water into clean cup.
2) Add powder using 1 unpacked, level scoop, for each 2 fl oz of water.
3) Cap cup; shake well until powder is dissolved. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard.

REQUIRED WARNINGS AND STORAGE

Baby’s Only® Toddler Drink is intended for a child 1-year of age and older OR when directed by a healthcare professional. Never use the microwave to warm formula. Serious burns can result. Prepared formula needs to be fed immediately after preparation or refrigerated within 1 hour after mixing. Discard leftover formula after feeding. Powdered formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to an infant diagnosed with immune problems unless directed and supervised by a healthcare professional. Ask your baby’s doctor about the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing and the need to boil (sterilize) bottles, nipples, and rings before use. If using tap water, bring to a rolling boil for one minute and cool for no more than 30 minutes.

Storage: Immediately store prepared formula in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use it within 24 hours. Cover opened formula can and store in a cool, dry place and use within 1 month. Store unopened cans at room temperature. Avoid extreme temperatures.
